For many people, the holidays are a time of traditions whether it's going caroling, matching pajamas for Christmas morning, or making recipes passed down through the years. Alexandra Yonts, MD, attending physician in pediatric infectious disease at Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC, shared with Contemporary Pediatrics, how she gets into the holiday mood by performing in a handbell choir and making her family's toffee recipe.
