Marian F. Earls, MD, MTS, FAAP

Marian F. Earls, MD, MTS, FAAP, is board certified in both general pediatrics and developmental and behavioral pediatrics. Her career has focused on Medicaid and Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment policy, practice transformation, and integration of mental health into pediatric practice. She has served as chair of the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) Mental Health Leadership Work Group, coauthoring the Mental Health Competencies for Pediatric Practice statement and mental health toolkit, and is chair of the new AAP Council on Healthy Mental and Emotional Development. Cone Health System, Pediatric Specialists; clinical professor, University of North Carolina Medical School.
